Charpai

This project aims to uncover the history and process behind the extremely versatile object that is charpai and how it allows for sustainable materials to come to use. Uncovering the history behind charpai and how it has come to facilitate interaction and informality. While identifying the gaps, I could see that it needs recognition for the craft and a revival in the face of western influences.
